Wings program Rules
Participation in the program
- Any passenger over 2 years old can become a participant in the “Wings” program. Participation in the program is free and individual for everyone. To participate in the “Wings” program, you must fill out a registration form on the Airline’s website www.uralairlines.com or in the mobile application. Upon completion of registration, the participant receives an individual 10-digit participant number.
- The start date of participation in the “ Wings ” program is the date of filling out the registration form.
- The card is subject to closure if more than 2 years have passed since the last accrual for the completed flight. If the card is closed, you must undergo a new registration on the website www.uralairlines.ru (Account restoration is not possible).
By joining the Wings program, the participant agrees to:
- To transfer and process their personal data, Ural Airlines OJSC gives permission to Ural Airlines OJSC and partner companies to process their personal data, including full name, date of birth, gender, postal address, email address, number telephone, passport data for advertising and marketing events, distribution of information and notification materials, via telecommunication networks, including through telephone, fax, mobile radiotelephone communications and for this purpose confirms its consent to the processing of personal data. The airline has the right to process, receive, collect, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), use and otherwise process (including electronically) personal data specified in the registration form of the loyalty program in a non-automated and/or automated manner. Wings", in accordance with the Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ, Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of the European Union "On the protection of individuals when processing personal data and on the free circulation of such data, and also the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC.”
Consent to participate in the “Wings” program and the choice of services on special offers are subjective and individual in nature for each program participant without compulsion to use the service.
OJSC Ural Airlines reserves the right to:
- Refuse participation of any persons without explanation;
- Cancel illegally accrued bonuses;
- Make any changes regarding the conditions for accruing bonuses, determining the procedure and rights to provide awards, as well as the list of tariffs for which bonuses are not awarded and service class is not upgraded;
- Change the rules of the Wings program or its parts at any time, with or without prior notice. If the program is cancelled, all bonuses accumulated by program participants may be forfeited.
Password
- The password is required for the participant to enter the Personal Account, manage the account, obtain information about the status of the account in the Wings program, view and change personal data, and enter information in the Personal Account.
- When registering in the Wings Program, the program participant personally creates a password.
- It is possible to recover/change your password using special functionality on the Airline website.
- It is the responsibility of the Wings Program participant to maintain the confidentiality of their password.
- Ural Airlines is not responsible for the transfer of the password to third parties, as well as for unauthorized access to the personal account of a program participant and the use of accumulated bonuses.
Change of personal data
- Each participant is responsible for the timely change of personal data in the personal account of the Wings Program.
- The participant can change personal data: telephone number, address for delivery of correspondence, add passport data, as well as email address in the Wings Program Personal Account.
- Changing the last name/first name, date of birth cannot be made independently on the website by the participant. Changes are made by an employee of the Airline after the participant fills out an application in the Personal Account, attaching documents confirming the change in last name and/or first name (marriage/divorce certificate, etc.).
Bonuses of the “Wings” program / how to accumulate/spend bonuses
- The main unit of account of the program is the bonus used to calculate the discount. Bonuses awarded in the Wings program are a marketing tool to encourage the loyalty of frequent flyers and represent a notional unit (not monetary) used solely to account for the number of services used by the client. Bonuses have no value or purchasing power and cannot be cashed out at the request of a Program participant.
- After completing two flights, the bonuses received can be used to purchase a ticket or pay for additional services (seat selection, additional baggage) on our website or in the mobile application. Only the tariff can be paid with bonuses. Fees, as well as other services, are paid in Russian rubles. When partially paying for an air ticket on the Airline website with bonuses, the only available form of payment is payment by Visa, MasterCard, MIR bank card.
- Air tickets for infants (children under 2 years old) are issued free of charge in addition to an already purchased ticket at the company ticket office or by contacting the passenger support service (airport taxes are paid additionally for a number of destinations).
- Bonuses in the program are awarded for actual personally completed flights on regular flights of Ural Airlines. Bonuses can be awarded for additional services of the Airline, as well as services and goods of the Wings program Partners - companies with which relevant agreements have been concluded.
- Bonuses are awarded as compensation for a flight delay of more than 3 hours in the amount of 500 bonus rubles (on all flights except the CIS, tickets purchased at the YOWID100, YBOOW18 fare).
*Departure time of the aircraft is the moment when all passengers took their seats, closed the doors, pulled back the ramp, and the aircraft began moving from the parking lot. - Bonuses are awarded as compensation for flight cancellation within one route in the amount of 500 bonus rubles (on all flights except the CIS, tickets purchased at the YOWID100, YBOOW18 fare). Bonuses are not awarded as compensation for flight cancellation in the event of force majeure (flight cancellation due to meteorological or other conditions beyond the carrier’s control).
- Bonuses are not awarded for third party services (insurance, Aeroexpress ticket, etc.) issued simultaneously with an air ticket in one order.
- Bonuses for completed flights on Ural Airlines flights are automatically credited to the participant’s account within 10 days after the date of the flight. Bonuses will be credited to the account provided that the data is entered correctly into the booking system: the number of the program participant, the number of the valid passport (other document) used for the flight, as well as the presence of a linked passport (other document) in the personal account of the Wings program participant, according to to which the flight was made. Enrollment deadlines may be extended if the Airline does not receive confirmation of flight from the relevant airport.
- Discounted air tickets can be paid for with bonuses accrued under this program.
- Bonuses are not awarded for flights on air tickets issued at a through fare, or on direct/transfer routes jointly with other airlines. Flights do not count.
- For any actually completed flight at a charter/confidential (closed) fare, bonuses are not awarded.
- All unused accrued bonuses are canceled after 1 year for blue and silver card holders, 2 years for gold card holders, in proportion to the accumulation, from the moment they are credited to the participant’s account.
- Flights made on charter flights of Ural Airlines are not taken into account when requalifying for levels of participation in the Wings program.
- A member's account cannot be combined with the accounts of other members.
- Issuing air tickets and additional services (seat selection and excess baggage) using bonuses at subsidized fares is prohibited.
- When issuing tickets at the YOWID100 fare, bonuses are not awarded, and flights are not taken into account when requalifying the level.
- Bonuses are not awarded as compensation for flight cancellation in the event of force majeure (flight cancellation due to meteorological or other conditions beyond the carrier’s control).
- In case of flight cancellation or forced change of carrier, bonuses will not be accrued.
- In case of a forced change of route, the participant will be awarded bonuses in accordance with the flight performed.
If the flight is operated by a codeshare partner of Ural Airlines, the Rules and Conditions for applying the fare of the operating carrier (i.e. the airline that actually carried the passengers) apply. Issuing air tickets using codeshare flight bonuses is prohibited. - Member bonuses cannot be bequeathed or sold to other persons, including current Wings program participants.
- Refund of an air ticket partially paid for with bonuses is made in accordance with the terms of application of the fare on the Airline website www.uralairlines.com in the “Order Check” section. In this case, the amount of rubles and bonuses is returned to the client’s bank card account and the account of the “Wings” program participant, respectively, in Russian rubles and bonuses. Refund transaction fees will be charged in accordance with the policies of the airline or authorized agencies.
Bonus accrual for unaccounted flights:
- Bonuses for unaccounted flights can be accrued for a period not exceeding 3 months from the date of the flight.
- To accrue bonuses, the participant must fill out an application in the Personal Account of the “Wings” program participant.
- Verification and confirmation is carried out within 30 calendar days from the date of submitting an application for unaccounted bonuses (to the email address ffp1@u6.ru ). After verification and confirmation, bonuses for the flight are credited to the participant’s account.
- Ural Airlines does not guarantee the accrual of bonuses in the absence of a copy of the itinerary receipt. In case of using a paper ticket, the participant is obliged to provide the original/copy of the paper ticket and copies/originals of boarding passes (to the email address ffp1@u6.ru ).
Levels of participation in the Wings loyalty program:
- The rules of the Wings Loyalty Program provide for several levels of participation. In case of completing the required number of flight segments, or the required amount spent on air travel, within 1 calendar year (from January 1 to December 31), or earlier, the Privileged level of the Program is assigned. The level of the Program participant is reviewed on January 1 of each subsequent year, or earlier, if the conditions for transition to a higher level are met. The validity period of the Privileged level is 1 year, from the moment of transition to this level. When moving to the Privileged level, the number of flight segments, or the amount spent on air travel, is canceled according to the rules of the level.
- Maintaining the assigned privilege level for the next calendar year must be confirmed by the required number of flight segments, or the amount spent on air travel. If the conditions are not met, a reduction occurs to a level corresponding to the number of flights or the amount spent on air travel.
- When using the services of partners of the Wings Loyalty Program, participants may be provided with discounts and/or privileges depending on the participant’s level in the program. Detailed information is published in the Wings Program Partners section.
- In order to use the services and privileges provided for participants, you must have a virtual card. The production of a plastic card for Gold level participants is carried out at the request of the participant.
Blue level
- Assigned to a participant in the “Wings” program upon registration in the program.
- A virtual card is provided for participants.
- Accrual of 500 welcome bonuses after completing your first flight in the Russian Federation
- Accrual of 500 bonuses on your birthday.
- Cashback accrual for a Blue Level member, depending on the type of tariff:
3% of the air ticket amount at Promo, Economy, Premium Economy, Comfort, Business fares on CIS flights
5% of the air ticket amount at the Promo fare on Russian flights
6% of the ticket amount at the Economy fare on Russian flights
7% of the air ticket amount at Premium Economy, Comfort, Business fares on Russian Federation flights
- Increased cashback for additional services (seat selection, excess baggage) – 8% of the service amount.
- Cashback for purchases in the online store of Ural Airlines - 2% of the purchase amount.
- Privileges from partners.
Silver level
- Assigned to a participant in the “Wings” program upon completion of 15 flights, or upon completion of any number of flights of Ural Airlines in the amount of 200,000 rubles within 1 calendar year. The validity period of the level is 1 year, from the moment of transition to this level.
- A virtual card is provided for participants.
- Accrual of 500 bonuses on your birthday.
- Cashback accrual for a Silver level member, depending on the type of tariff:
4% of the air ticket amount at Promo, Economy, Premium Economy, Comfort, Business fares on CIS flights
8% of the air ticket amount at the Promo fare on Russian flights
9% of the ticket amount at the Economy fare on Russian flights
10% of the air ticket amount at Premium Economy, Comfort, Business fares on Russian Federation flights
- Increased cashback for additional services (seat selection, excess baggage) – 10% of the service amount.
- Cashback for purchases in the online store of Ural Airlines - 4% of the purchase amount.
- Dedicated business class check-in counter (if available at the departure airport).
- “Seat Selection” service - upon check-in for a flight, you are provided with a free choice of seats in the passenger cabin, with the exception of seats with extended pitch and seats in the business class cabin with a full economy layout.
- Privileges from partners.
- All services are provided only to the card holder.
Gold level
- Assigned to a participant of the silver level of the “Wings” program upon completion of 25 flights, or upon completion of any number of flights of Ural Airlines in the amount of 400,000 rubles within 1 calendar year. The validity period of the level is 1 year, from the moment of transition to this level.
- A virtual card is provided for participants; a plastic card is produced at the request of the participant.
- Accrual of 500 bonuses on your birthday.
- Cashback accrual for a Gold level member, depending on the type of tariff:
5% of the air ticket amount at Promo, Economy, Premium Economy, Comfort, Business fares on CIS flights
10% of the air ticket amount at the Promo fare on Russian flights
11% of the ticket amount at the Economy fare on flights to the Russian Federation
12% of the air ticket amount at Premium Economy, Comfort, Business fares on Russian Federation flights
- Increased cashback for additional services (seat selection, excess baggage) – 12% of the service amount.
- Cashback for purchases in the online store of Ural Airlines - 6% of the purchase amount.
- “Business chair” service (seating in a business lounge chair if you have a ticket at the premium economy fare) with a full economy configuration.
- “Seat selection” service - upon check-in for a flight, a free choice of seats in the passenger cabin is provided, with the exception of seats in the business class cabin in the full economy configuration.
- Dedicated business class check-in counter (if available at the departure airport).
- In addition to the baggage allowance stipulated by the ticket, you are allowed to carry 1 piece of baggage weighing up to 23 kg (with the exception of sporting equipment and special baggage).
- Privileges from partners.
- While waiting to board a flight, as well as during a transfer/transit, passengers are provided with the services of a superior lounge if they have a premium economy ticket.
To use this service, the passenger must:
- Buy an air ticket at "Premium - Economy" fares (the letter designation of the "Premium - Economy" fare in the air ticket contains the combination of letters FL).
- At the airport, present your plastic or virtual Wings program participant card to the employee at the flight check-in counter.
- This service is provided to the passenger at the check-in counter at the airport of departure, subject to technical availability. The Service is provided only on the Airline’s own scheduled flights.
- All services are provided only to the card holder.
The Service Class Upgrade service is not provided:
- if there are no free seats in the Business class cabin;
- if this class of service is not available on the flight you need;
- in the absence of technical capabilities to provide the full range of services according to the class of service;
- when using the service “Registration of a late passenger”;
- when flying with a small child under 2 years of age; on flights the code is the share of the airline’s partners;
- passengers traveling by air using the Moscow Pass;
- passengers carrying animals in the aircraft cabin;
- passengers with luggage in the cabin (SSR CBBG).
