Packaged baggage requirements
ONE PIECE OF BAGGAGE IS ACCEPTED:
One individually defined item (bag, suitcase, package, box, etc.; containers, lids, bottoms and walls of which are tightly fitted and have handles for carrying).
LARGE BAGGAGE IS RECOGNIZED:
Baggage the size of one piece of which, the sum of three dimensions, exceeds 203 cm.
OVERSIZED BAGGAGE IS RECOGNIZED:
Ski equipment, hockey equipment, bicycles, children's and wheelchairs, equipment for; fishing, golf, etc.
DOUBLE PACKING IS CONSIDERED:
Packing two pieces of luggage into one, regardless of the size of each piece of luggage, with the exception of large and oversized luggage. Combine individual packages into one piece of luggage, as well as tie packages to a suitcase, bag, etc. prohibited.
LUGGAGE PACKING TECHNOLOGY:
Baggage is packed to ensure the safety of the contents of the passenger's luggage and to prevent damage to the bag or suitcase.
Stretch film packaging technology is produced by rotary wrapping on a special machine with adjustable tension, lifting and winding speed.
Adjustable tension allows you to choose the degree of cargo compaction during packaging - both significant cargo compaction and delicate wrapping of fragile packaging to ensure the safety of the cargo contents during transportation by any type of land sea and air transport, as well as storage in warehouse conditions.
CUSTOMS CONTROL
Usually, luggage is checked in stages by several machines, therefore, there is no need to open it and the film remains intact.
In special cases, customs may physically check a passenger's luggage. If necessary, customs officers call the passenger so that the passenger personally opens his luggage, because the check can only be carried out in the presence of the passenger.
IF A PASSENGER'S LUGGAGE HAS BEEN OPENED
If, upon arrival at the destination airport, a passenger discovers that his baggage has been unsealed, such baggage does not need to be collected from the conveyor. In this case, the passenger is recommended to first contact the airport and/or customs officials, presenting them with a receipt indicating that the baggage has been packed.
IF YOUR BAGGAGE IS LOST
The passenger should contact the airport administration.
The service has a validity period of -24 hours (minus twenty-four hours) before flight departure and +72 hours (plus 72 hours) after the flight departure time indicated on the passenger's ticket.
The service is not “linked” to the passenger’s last name and first name, to the number and route of the flight on which the passenger purchased the ticket, thus the service can be provided on any flight of both the Airline and other Carriers (including the airline’s partners ), both for the passenger to whom the service was sold, and for any other passenger.
In case of flight cancellations (when the airline will not operate the flight), the passenger will be given a refund or the expiration date of the Service may be changed (QR code expiration date).
