Excess baggage

If the weight or dimensions of checked baggage exceed the free baggage allowance on the plane , then when purchasing a ticket you must book and pay for its transportation.

If the carriage of such baggage is not booked, then excess (oversized, heavy) baggage will be transported only if the airline has the technical capabilities. You will have to wait for your flight to check in, but this baggage may still be refused carriage.

Transportation of excess baggage can be paid in advance (when registering for transportation) or at the point of departure for the entire transportation to the destination at the baggage rate in effect on the day of issuance of the paid baggage receipt or miscellaneous fee order.

Oversized and heavy baggage is accepted for transportation only subject to prior reservation and confirmation of the airline's consent to transport this baggage.

In the absence of carrying capacity on a flight, the airline has the right to refuse transportation of excess/oversized/heavy baggage.

Based on the technology of the airport of departure, excess/oversized/heavy baggage can be checked in for transportation at a separate check-in counter.

Items whose dimensions exceed 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions and weigh 50 kg are accepted for transportation as cargo.

If the size is more than 203 cm by the sum of three dimensions but not more than 220x80x50, transportation of baggage is allowed only upon prior request of a special service, no later than 48 hours before the flight departure. Transportation of such baggage will be carried out only if there are free capacities on the aircraft.

Please note that 1 passenger has the right to occupy one seat in the aircraft cabin and carry free baggage in accordance with the free baggage allowance and the selected fare . Having more than one ticket for a flight (for the same person) does not give the right to occupy more than one seat and carry excess baggage free of charge.

Beach umbrella - an umbrella whose folded length is more than 96 cm, the diameter of the dome is more than 130 cm.

The maximum permissible dimensions when folded are up to 220 cm in total dimensions.

The maximum permissible weight is 5 kg.

If a passenger is found to have hand luggage at the gate, the weight and dimensions of which exceed the established standards, the passenger will be charged according to the Airline's tariffs, and the said hand luggage will be checked in as baggage under the aircraft.

Excess weight or dimensions of one piece of baggage is paid at the official ticket office of the airline, at the passenger support service, at the airport of departure.

Voluntary refusal of additional services

Voluntary cancellation of the “Additional meals” and “Seat selection + meals” services is possible no later than 36 hours before flight departure. Cancellation of the service less than 36 hours before departure is not possible (the cost is not refundable).

Voluntary cancellation of the Animal Transportation services is possible no later than 24 hours before the flight departure. Cancellation of the service less than 24 hours before departure and before the end of registration is possible with a non-refundable fee of 25% of the cost of the service. Cancellation after registration is not possible (the cost is non-refundable).

Voluntary refusal of the services “Seat selection”, “Excess baggage”, “Unaccompanied child”, “Commercial correspondence”, “Seat selection + baggage” and other own services is possible no later than 24 hours before flight departure, if refusal is provided for by the rules provision of services. Cancellation of services less than 24 hours before departure is not possible (the cost is not refundable).

Voluntary cancellation of partner services (insurance, online doctor, access to the Business lounge, baggage packing, Aeroexpress) is possible no later than 24 hours before flight departure, unless otherwise specified in the offer.
