When does check-in open at the airport?

To check in for domestic flights and go through various types of control (customs, immigration, veterinary, sanitary), we recommend arriving at the airport 1 hour 30 minutes before the departure time of the flight indicated on the ticket (itinerary receipt), for international flights - 3 hours before the departure time of the flight.

Check-in for passengers on both domestic and international flights of the airline ends 40 minutes before the flight departure time.

Where can I check in for my flight at the airport?

At the airport, you can check in at the check-in counter or at a self-check-in kiosk. Self-check-in at the kiosk opens 48 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before.

To register at the self-registration kiosk, you only need to know the order number, ticket number or passport details.

Can registration be denied?

They may refuse if:

• The documents required for the flight or a visa for the country to which the passenger is traveling are missing.
• Late for check-in or boarding the plane.
• Health status
• Passenger's refusal to pay for baggage
• Refusal to undergo additional baggage inspection
• Prohibited substances and items in baggage
• Outstanding debts
