When does flight check-in open at the airport?

For domestic flights and undergoing various types of checks (customs, immigration, veterinary, sanitary), we recommend arriving at the airport 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure. For international flights, arrive 3 hours before the scheduled flight departure time indicated on your ticket (itinerary receipt).

Passenger check-in for both domestic and international flights operated by the airline closes 40 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time.

Where can I check in for my flight at the airport?

At the airport, you can check in at the check-in counter or at a self-service kiosk. Self-service kiosk check-in opens 48 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before departure.

To check in at a self-service kiosk, you only need to know your booking number, ticket number, or passport details.

Can I be denied check-in?

You may be denied check-in if:

• You lack the necessary travel documents or a visa for the destination country.
• You are late for check-in or boarding.
• Health conditions prevent travel.
• You refuse to pay for baggage.
• You refuse to undergo additional baggage screening.
• Your baggage contains prohibited substances or items.
• You have unpaid debts.
