What are the rules for free baggage allowance on an airplane?
New baggage rules come into effect on March 28
The following types of baggage are not included in the free baggage allowance and are paid separately, at excess baggage rates:
- automobiles, motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, sports, hunting boats and spare parts for them;
- musical instruments;
- flowers, plant seedlings, food greens weighing more than 5 kg;
