Rules for the transportation of child seats and strollers on Airline flights
As a restraint device and if there is a separate paid seat for a child (category INF), a portable child seat equipped with seat belts can be transported on a passenger seat certified for use in air transport.
If there is no paid seat for a child (category INF), the restraint device is transported in the passenger's baggage in accordance with the Airline's rules.
To be used on board an aircraft, a child seat must have manufacturer's markings confirming the possibility of its use in air transport, such as:

Carriage as excess baggage:
In addition to the established free carry- on baggage allowance, a passenger has the right to carry a device for carrying a child: a cradle, restraint systems for children under twelve years of age (categories INF and CHD), a baby stroller and other devices. Conditions: device with dimensions 55x40x20, weight no more than 10 kg, placement on the luggage rack in the aircraft cabin.
