At what age can children be transported?
Newborn children (from 0 to 28 days) are accepted for transportation by air only if there is a certificate from the attending physician stating that there are no contraindications to flight or if the parent/guardian fills out a guarantee document. But it is worth listening to the recommendations of doctors and clarifying whether the flight will be safe for the child.
Newborns, including prematurely born children, are allowed to travel only if they have a medical certificate confirming that the flight will not harm their health. A certificate can be obtained from the doctor observing the child.
If there is a need to send a child from point A to point B alone, then children of the following age are accepted for an accompanied flight:
- from 2 to 4 years
For children over 12 years old, the airline can also provide escort, but at the request of the parents.
Note! The airline only accepts unaccompanied minors on direct flights or up to the first point of connection.
Can pregnant women fly?
Can. But first of all, it is important to listen to your body and the recommendations of the supervising doctor.
In the period up to 12 weeks of pregnancy, the risk of miscarriage is high, and pressure drops during takeoff and landing can only provoke it.
The period from 14 to 27 weeks of pregnancy is considered the safest and most comfortable time for flying.
When checking in for a flight, it is important to have a medical certificate and an exchange card with you, because Airline staff may ask for them.
A certificate with a medical report stating that there are no contraindications for air travel, as well as that there is no danger of premature birth, can be obtained from the supervising doctor, and it is important to do this no earlier than 24 hours before the departure time indicated on the ticket.
Responsibility for the state of their health and the health of the baby during and after the flight lies entirely with the passenger, regardless of the stage of pregnancy. Do not put yourself and your child at unnecessary risk.
Is it possible to reserve a seat for pregnant women near the emergency exit?
No. Before the flight, you will be asked to change seats, even if you checked in in advance and made an informed choice. This is contrary to flight safety regulations.
Are baby meals provided on board?
An infant under 2 years old is not provided with meals on board, but you are allowed to take baby food, dry formula and cookies in unlimited quantities on the plane. If necessary, our flight attendants will bring you warm water for preparing mixtures and drinking.
For children traveling on a separate ticket, meals are provided as for adults.

Is it possible to take a baby stroller into the salon?
You cannot take a baby stroller into the aircraft cabin. This is not safe - it can fall, interfere with passenger service, block the passage, emergency exit, etc. Believe me, it will be more convenient to check it in your luggage.
You can check it in as luggage at the check-in desk (free of charge) or take your child in a stroller to the ramp and hand it over to the flight attendants at the very end. After the flight, the stroller will be returned to you at the boarding ramp or upon baggage claim.
What should I do if my boarding pass is not printed?
You can obtain your boarding pass at the airport check-in counter or self-check-in kiosk.
