Hearing impaired passenger with an accompanying person

Transportation is carried out by prior agreement with the airline and only with an accompanying person.

To do this, you need to make a request for the transportation of a hearing impaired passenger when booking a ticket at the box office, or by calling the passenger support service 8-800-77-00-262.

The service is provided at all airports. At Russian airports the service is provided free of charge , at foreign airports an additional fee may be charged for the provision of the service (the cost must be specified at the airport ).

At the airport, passengers are escorted by airport medical personnel from the check-in desk to the aircraft.
