Rules for participation in the Ural Airlines competition

DEFINITIONS

The promotion-draw (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is a marketing initiative of Ural Airlines OJSC, aimed at attracting attention to the services of the Organizer, providing Participants of the Promotion with the opportunity to receive Prizes determined by the Organizer. The promotion is not intended to generate profit or other income and is not a promotional lottery.

The Organizer's account is the official account on the Telegram social network, https://t.me/uralairlines .

Participant of the Promotion is a user of the Telegram social network who meets all the requirements of these Rules, as well as fulfilled all the conditions for participation in the Promotion.

Participant Action (Action) - the Participant clicking the “Participate” button in the Organizer’s Account.

The promotion is held on the territory of the Russian Federation. All persons who meet the participant criteria and are located in the territory of the promotion can participate.

Promotion period - From 08:00 (Moscow time) 10/12/2023 to 12:00 (Moscow time) 10/17/2023

REQUIREMENTS FOR PROMOTION PARTICIPANTS

1. Only fully capable citizens who have reached the age of 18 are allowed to participate;
2. Subscription to the Account of the Promotion Organizer ( https://t.me/uralairlines );
3. Leave any reaction under the post with the giveaway;
4. The winner of the drawing must be a member of the Wings loyalty program of Ural Airlines ( https://www.uralairlines.ru/wings/ );
5. Click the “Participate” button under the post with the giveaway.

PROMOTION PROCEDURE

The right to participate in the Promotion can be obtained by any Internet user who has an account on the Telegram social network that meets the requirements for participants in the Promotion;

To participate in the Promotion, you must be subscribed to the Organizer’s Account on the Telegram social network and follow the terms of the promotion: from 10/12/2023 to 10/17/2023, click on the “Participate” button with the post with the drawing and be subscribed to the organizer’s account at the time of summing up the results of the promotion .

To receive a prize, the Winner must be a member of the Wings loyalty program of Ural Airlines.

In the event that third parties present claims/claims to the Organizer related to the use of the Action (and any of its elements, both together and separately) in accordance with these Terms, the Participant undertakes to independently resolve the resulting claim/claim, and, if it is impossible to independently resolve, to act co-defendant in the resulting claim/claim and compensate the Organizer for documented damage caused in connection with the settlement of these claims/claims.

DATES OF THE PROMOTION

The promotion is carried out on the following dates:

• From 08:00 (Moscow time) 10/12/2023 to 12:00 (Moscow time) 10/17/2023 – period for taking part in the draw;
• The results of the competition will be announced on October 17, 2023 at 13:00.
• Within 10 calendar days from the end of the drawing, the Promotion Organizer undertakes to award the Winner a prize.

PROCEDURE FOR DETERMINING THE WINNER

The total number of Winners is 1 (one);

The Winner is selected randomly using a bot;

On the Telegram social network, one Winner is selected from among the Promotion Participants who have fulfilled the terms of the Promotion.

PRIZES

The winner of the Promotion receives a prize - 10,000 bonus rubles to the card of a participant in the Wings loyalty program of Ural Airlines OJSC. 10,000 bonus rubles for the Wings loyalty card. The validity period of bonuses is 1 year from the date of accrual.

PERSONAL DATA

By participating in the Promotion, the Participant agrees to the processing of his personal data on the terms set out in the privacy policy ( https://www.uralairlines.ru/personal_data/ ), agrees to the processing and use of his nickname, image (if any) and other information in Telegram network and confirms that he is familiar with the specifics of the use of his personal data for the purposes of the Promotion, including the fact that he can withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by contacting the Promotion Organizer OJSC Ural Airlines at 8 800- 7700-262 (toll-free call) or by filling out an application in the “Contacts” section on the Airline website.

OTHER

By participating in the Promotion, Participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and acknowledges that he or she has read them prior to entering the Promotion.

Participation in the Promotion is free.

The Participant has no right to transfer rights to the Prize to third parties.

The promotion is not a promotional lottery.

The cash equivalent of the Prize won is not provided.

Participation in the Promotion of employees, representatives and family members of employees and representatives of the Organizer of its affiliates is not permitted. These persons also cannot be the winner’s travel companions.

The Organizer is not responsible for the inability to contact the Participant if the latter provides inaccurate information.

The Organizer of the Promotion, as well as its authorized persons, are not responsible for any technical failures in the operation of the Internet provider to which the Participant is connected, including for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of data, defects, delays in operations or data transfer, line failures communications, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to entered data and their modification. The Organizer is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone networks, online computer systems, servers, providers, mobile devices, software, failure to receive any email or data by the Organizer or Associated Entities due to technical problems, human errors or excessive traffic on the Internet , as well as for any combination of these factors, including damage to or damage to the Participant’s or any other person’s Device related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion. Input generated by a script, macro, or other automated means is invalid. Organizer and Related Entities are not responsible for errors, omissions, interruptions, spam filters or any other blocking, deletion, defects, delays in operation or transmission.

At any time, the Organizer may reasonably and legally determine that a Winner or Promotion Participant is disqualified, ineligible, using third-party services or fake accounts, violating these Rules, or exhibiting behavior that the Organizer reasonably considers offensive, inappropriate, threatening, illegal or intended to insult, abuse, threaten or humiliate any person. The Promoter has the right to disqualify such Winner or Participant even if the disqualified Winner or Participant of the Promotion may have been notified, displayed or announced elsewhere.

These Promotion Rules are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, and any dispute regarding the Promotion must be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. All claims related to participation in the Promotion must be sent to the Promotion Organizer at its registration address specified in these Terms and Conditions in writing.

All disputes and disagreements that may arise during the Promotion will be resolved through negotiations between the Organizer and the Participant. In the absence of agreement, the dispute between the Organizer and the Participant shall be considered in accordance with the applicable law of the Russian Federation.
