PUBLIC OFFER FOR SERVICES IN THE BUSINESS ROOMS
This document is an official public contract-offer addressed to individuals.
This public offer for the provision of services in the business lounge is concluded by accepting this agreement, which contains all essential terms, without signing the Agreement by the parties. The agreement has full legal force in accordance with Article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This agreement is considered concluded from the moment of its acceptance and is valid until the parties fulfill all their obligations under this agreement.
The airport provides passenger services in the business lounge of the passenger terminal, and the passenger pays for the services provided.
The cost of the service is 2500 rubles per passenger
A passenger who has paid for the service is provided with (where available):
- buffet with a wide range of hot dishes, snacks and drinks
- ability to watch satellite and terrestrial television channels
- providing visual information on flight status
- notifying passengers about the need to board a flight
- comfortable space for work: internet, printer, photocopier, fax (only to Moscow numbers)
- free wireless Internet Wi-Fi (terms of use of WI-FI services and instructions for authorization)
- press
- Walk-in closet
- shower room with a set of necessary accessories
The service is designed for a stay in the business lounge for no more than 3 hours. Children 0-2 years old go to the business lounge free of charge with one of their parents.
After passing the personal search and other pre-flight formalities, at the entrance to the business lounge, the passenger must present an itinerary receipt with information on the paid service.
The passenger undertakes to promptly pay for the services provided, as well as comply with aviation security requirements when visiting the business lounge.
In order to create comfortable and safe conditions for staying in business lounges, visitors are NOT ALLOWED to bring or bring animals into the business lounge area.
Payment is made according to the established tariffs on the date of purchase of the service by 100% prepayment from a bank card or in cash. The cost of services is subject to value added tax in the amounts established by law.
For failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of the terms of this agreement, the parties are liable in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of material damage to airport property, the passenger shall compensate for damage and losses. The damage caused is recovered on the basis of a report drawn up by airport representatives in the presence of the passenger.
If one of the parties fails to comply with the terms of the agreement, the agreement is terminated unilaterally.

Voluntary refusal of additional services
Voluntary cancellation of partner services (insurance, online doctor, access to the Business lounge, baggage packing, Aeroexpress) is possible no later than 24 hours before flight departure, unless otherwise specified in the offer.
Involuntary refunds due to cancellation or rescheduling of a flight are made in full.
