Requirements:

• education: secondary (complete), secondary specialized, higher
• correct, understandable, competent speech, no speech defects
• restraint, ability to resolve conflict situations
• attentiveness, courtesy, tact
• absence of scars, burns, tattoos and piercings on visible parts of the body

Applicants must have:

• flight attendant certificate
• having a health certificate
• approval and/or training for type A319/320/321
• valid passport.
