Upgrade to Business class at the check-in desk
The service can be purchased if you have an air ticket of any economic fare subclass.
The service is available for registration during check-in for a flight if there are free seats in the Business class cabin and if it is technically possible to provide the Service (no earlier than 3 hours and no later than 1 hour before the flight departure).
Service cost from 10,000 ₽*
The service is provided only on the Airline’s own scheduled flights.
Note:
- The service is provided only on one leg of the flight. If several sections are indicated on the itinerary receipt, the service is purchased separately at each departure airport according to the route
The service is not provided to the following categories of passengers:
- for passengers with luggage in the cabin (CBBG)
- unaccompanied children
The cost of the service includes:
- food service according to the Business class ration
- seat in Business class cabin
- Providing a business lounge is NOT included in the price of the service
- The free baggage allowance for a passenger who has purchased the service corresponds to the standard of the originally purchased ticket and class
Rules for the provision of services:
OJSC Ural Airlines provides passengers, on a voluntary basis, with an additional upgrade service for travel in the Business class cabin, which can be purchased for an additional fee. Registration of the service is carried out at the stage of check-in for the flight at the airport no earlier than 3 hours and no later than 1 hour before the flight departure.
The service is provided on Ural Airlines' own scheduled flights.
The service is available to passengers who have a paid ticket with a confirmed reservation at fares in booking classes related to the Economy class of service.
The service is provided only on one leg of the flight. If several sections are indicated on the itinerary receipt, the Service is purchased separately at each departure airport according to the route. For transit passengers, the service is provided until the first boarding point of the transit flight.
Detailed information about the cost of the service on a specific flight can be obtained at the check-in counter at the airport.
If there is no Business class cabin on board the aircraft operating the flight, with the written consent of the passenger, the service can be implemented according to the Comfort class principle - alternate seating.
The service is not a premium upgrade for Wings Program participants.
The service is issued on an electronic multipurpose document (EMD) or on a miscellaneous charges order (MSO), without reissuing a ticket.
The fact of provision of the Service is the fact that a passenger is assigned a specific seat in the business class cabin and the business class boarding pass is issued.
At check-in, a passenger who has paid for an upgrade will be issued a boarding pass for a seat in Business class.
Return service:
If a passenger voluntarily cancels the purchased Service less than 24 hours before the flight departure, no refund will be made.
A forced return for the Service is carried out regardless of the time of refusal in the event of a forced change in the terms of the air carriage agreement in accordance with clause 227 of FAR 82.
