Extra luggage
If the weight or dimensions of checked baggage exceed the free baggage allowance on the plane, you must book and pay for its transportation when purchasing a ticket.
If the carriage of additional (oversized, heavy) baggage is not booked, it will be transported only if the airline has the technical capabilities. You will have to wait until the check-in time for your flight, but this baggage may still be refused carriage.
Transportation of additional baggage can be paid in advance (when registering for transportation) or at the point of departure for the entire transportation to the destination at the baggage rate in effect on the day of issuance of the paid baggage receipt or miscellaneous fee order.
Excess weight or dimensions of one piece of baggage is paid at the official ticket office of the airline, at the passenger support service, at the airport of departure.
Conditions for transportation of oversized and heavy luggage:
  • Pre-booking of transportation.
  • Availability of confirmed consent from the airline to transport this baggage.
If there are no carrying capacities on the flight, the airline has the right to refuse to transport excess/oversized/overweight baggage.
Based on the technologies of the airport of departure, additional/oversized/heavy baggage can be checked in for transportation at a separate check-in counter
Items whose dimensions exceed 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions and weigh 50 kg are accepted for transportation as cargo.
If the size is more than 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions but not more than 220 x 80 x 50 cm, transportation as baggage is permitted only upon prior request of the special service, no later than 48 hours before the flight departure.
Transportation of such baggage will be carried out only if there are free capacities on the aircraft.

1 passenger has the right to occupy one seat in the aircraft cabin and carry free baggage in accordance with the free baggage allowance and the selected fare.
Having more than one ticket for a flight (for the same person) does not give the right to occupy more than one seat and carry excess baggage free of charge.

Cost of additional baggage
The cost is indicated for each segment.
You can pay for additional services with bonuses from the Wings loyalty program. Use them to pay for the tariff part of the ticket, as well as partial or 100% payment for the additional services “Seat selection” and “Extra baggage”.

Voluntary refusal of additional services

Voluntary refusal of the “Additional Meal” services is possible no later than 36 hours before the flight departure. Cancellation of the service less than 36 hours before departure is not possible (the cost is not refundable).

Voluntary cancellation of the Animal Transportation service is possible no later than 24 hours before flight departure. Cancellation of the service less than 24 hours before departure and before the end of registration is possible with a non-refundable fee of 25% of the cost of the service. Cancellation after registration is not possible (the cost is non-refundable).

Voluntary refusal of the services “Seat selection”, “Excess baggage”, “Unaccompanied child”, “Commercial correspondence” and other proprietary services is possible no later than 24 hours before the flight departure, if the refusal is provided for in the rules for the provision of the service. Cancellation of services less than 24 hours before departure is not possible (the cost is not refundable).

Voluntary cancellation of partner services (insurance, online doctor, access to the Business lounge, baggage packing, Aeroexpress) is possible no later than 24 hours before flight departure, unless otherwise specified in the offer.

Involuntary refund due to cancellation or rescheduling of a flight is made in full.

Voluntary refusal of additional services

Voluntary refusal of the “Additional Meal” services is possible no later than 36 hours before the flight departure. Cancellation of the service less than 36 hours before departure is not possible (the cost is not refundable).

Voluntary cancellation of the Animal Transportation service is possible no later than 24 hours before flight departure. Cancellation of the service less than 24 hours before departure and before the end of registration is possible with a non-refundable fee of 25% of the cost of the service. Cancellation after registration is not possible (the cost is non-refundable).

Voluntary refusal of the services “Seat selection”, “Excess baggage”, “Unaccompanied child”, “Commercial correspondence” and other proprietary services is possible no later than 24 hours before the flight departure, if the refusal is provided for in the rules for the provision of the service. Cancellation of services less than 24 hours before departure is not possible (the cost is not refundable).

Voluntary cancellation of partner services (insurance, online doctor, access to the Business lounge, baggage packing, Aeroexpress) is possible no later than 24 hours before flight departure, unless otherwise specified in the offer.

Involuntary refund due to cancellation or rescheduling of a flight is made in full.
